What does it mean if my water color is dirty?
This is usually due to the fact that fire hydrants are being flushed, or there has been a water leak/break in your neighborhood. It could also be due to a new water tap being made, or a new water main being installed. Let your water run in your bathtub or at several faucets for a few minutes to help clear the water up. If it still appears dirty, contact Public Works-Utility Services at 303.438.6334.
