How do I update/change my recurring payment details?
1. Log in to your online account (using the Customer Dashboard link below).
2. Navigate to the "Find a Schedule" tab.
3. Enter your utility account number in the appropriate field.
4. Click on the "Search" button. Your payment method should appear at the bottom of the page.
5. Scroll over to the far right and click on the "Edit" link (under the "Action" header).
6. Update the fields accordingly.

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
