Join us for Swinging in the Fall. The Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, Inc. (MJO) is an 19-piece jazz orchestra, or "big band", featuring male and female vocalists as well as a full-time Musical Director and Master of Ceremonies (MC).
This event is still moving forward as planed and has not been affected by the rain over the last week..

The tree branch drop-off at the Broomfield Recycling Center is temporarily closed. The site is flooded and muddy, making it unsafe for use. The site will reopen on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, during its normal operating hours of 1 to 5 p.m.

The Children’s Library presents a back-to-school reading program “Reading with Ringling”! Visit the library in September and pick up a Ringling Rewards Club Card for children ages 2 – 12 years. Just read any 5 books of your choice and return the card to the library to be stamped. Ringling Rewards Club Cards can be exchanged in advance at the circus box office for a FREE circus ticket. One adult ticket must be purchased for every three FREE kids’ tickets redeemed. See library for more details. Stop in now – program runs from September 1 - September 30, supplies are limited and the circus comes to town in October.
