|  | Snow update 5 p.m. - crews work through night Broomfield street crews are still on 12-hour shifts through Saturday and into Sunday, if needed. They will continue to clear main streets and work on cleaning up problem areas as necessary. Motorists are still encouraged to use caution and limit travel as much as possible. |

|  | Wondering about streets when it snows? Broomfield follows its Snow and Ice Control policies when snows come. Public Works crews monitor the National Weather Service forecasts, and when snow is predicted, crews go on standby. Depending on the severity of the storm, crews can be at work during their regular shifts, or are called to 24/7 duty in 12-hour shifts. |
