The current estimated population for the City and County of Broomfield is 58,000. The projected population at full build-out is more than 95,000 residents. The city population, and that of the entire Denver/Boulder corridor, have been growing steadily since 1990 and is projected to see continued steady growth through 2020. It lies equidistant between Boulder and Denver and only 30 minutes from the Denver International Airport.
