Prescription Drug Take-Back Event

3001 W. 124 Ave. (just east of Lowell Boulevard)

No appointment is necessary.

It is not safe to flush prescription drugs down the toilet or throw them in the household trash. The City and County of Prescription med bottlesBroomfield's Environmental Services Division and Police Department are partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration in its Prescription Drug Take-Back Program.

Please bring unused, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs (liquid or solid-dosage) for safe disposal—no questions asked.

Drugs may be in original containers.

Intravenous solutions, injectables, chemotherapy drugs, and needles will NOT be accepted. Illicit substances such as marijuana or methamphetamine are not a part of this initiative.
