15th Annual Meals on Wheels Basket Auction ....................................

Saturday, July 11, at 2 p.m.
At the Broomfield Community Center, 280 Spader Way in Broomfield.

The Broomfield Meals on Wheels program provides over 20,000 meals annually to Broomfield’s citizens. No federal or state funding is received for this program; we depend on fundraising efforts and the generosity of the community.

Please plan to attend the 14th Annual Meals on Wheels Basket Auction to benefit Broomfield Meals on Wheels. There will be a large variety of high quality baskets from local businesses, citizens, and organizations available for bid. Enjoy entertainment, delicious libations and appetizers while you view and bid on the beautiful array of baskets. Invite your family and friends down for an evening of fun and go home knowing you made a difference in the life of a Broomfield community member, with a basket in tow.

Registration opens at 2 p.m.
The silent auction and reception begins at 2:30 p.m.
The live auction starts at 3:30 p.m.

Help Broomfield Meals on Wheels ...........................................................

Donate a Basket

Help Broomfield Meals on Wheels while showcasing your organization at the 5th Annual Meals on Wheels Basket Auction. Bring in a decorated and wrapped basket filled with goodies and donate it to Broomfield Senior Services with a completed Basket Donation Form (coming soon) by July 2. Ideas to fill your basket with include: t-shirts and hats from your organization, gourmet coffee, chocolates, specialty wines, overnight stays at your favorite hotel, or a package deal from your favorite golf course. Be creative! Please wrap your basket well with cellophane. If you are donating a painting or large object, no wrapping is necessary.

Due to the fundraising nature of an auction, desirable baskets that will entice higher bids are encouraged. Please be sure to include your basket’s value (minimum value of $50) to assist with setting a starting bid.
