Pole Walking in its simplest form is walking with poles! Experience the connection between the upper and lower body as you increase cardio respiratory endurance and muscular strength and endurance while increasing mobility in the upper extremities. Pole Walking has been estimated as producing up to 46% increase in energy consumption compared to walking without poles!

Couch to 5K
This program will have you off the couch and running 3.1 miles in just eight weeks! Learn the basics of running form and safety techniques as you follow a trainer-led running plan. The Couch to 5K class helps with your mileage goals, provides motivation, as well as creates a support group with other people! At the end of this class, you will be ready to run the Fun Run on Super Sunday at the Broomfield County Commons! Registrants will receive a free youth registration for the Fun Run when they register. For ages 16 years and over.
5K to 10K Training
Are you ready to take the next step? Meet 2 days per week to run and train with a group. You will be ready to take on a 10K by the end of the course! Please note: child sitting at PDRC is not available since we will be out of the building a majority of the time. For ages 16 years and older. Location: PDRC Lobby*
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength. ViPR is the ultimate whole-body tool, combining traditional resistance exercises together with the agility required for achieving optimal sports and fitness performance. Course is designed as small group personal training with a maximum of eight people per class. For ages 12 years and over.
Annual Thanksgiving Day Workouts
Join us for a FREE workout on Thanksgiving Day. All we ask is that you bring a canned food item to share with Broomfield FISH! What a great way to work up an appetite for a Thanksgiving Day feast!

Get yourself into a healthy habit and enjoy the holidays feeling fit. Join us for a six-week challenge. Each week your certified personal trainer will design workouts to enhance your level of fitness through cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Discounts for Recreation Pass holders.
