Tournament Information
2015 Tournament Game Dates
July 1 (Wednesday) through 5 (Sunday), 2015

Entry Fee
$800 for the 12U division, and $1100 for the 14U division. Entry Fees are payable to "City and County of Broomfield". $700 is refundable if cancellation is prior to January 31, 2015.

Site

Community Park Complex is South-East of Boulder & North of Denver. Easily accessible from I-25 and US 36

Format
12U teams are guaranteed six games and the 14U teams are guaranteed seven games.

Pairings
Pool play will match strength against strength. Teams from same areas will not play one another when possible.

Awards
The top 6 teams receive trophies. Individual trophies are awarded to the top 2 teams and 1st place plaques are awarded to the pool winners.

Practice Games link
 $45 per game - June 30, 2015. Each team furnishes a game ball. Games are a first-come first-serve basis.

Coaches Meeting
Please ensure your coach is present. You will receive your tournament packet, and the Tournament director will go over rules and answer any questions you may have. The Coaches Meeting is held at the Broomfield Community Center on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

Hotel Info
FREEDOM Teams must be accepted into the tournament with an official acceptance letter in order to secure your 2015 lodging. Teams are required to stay with one of our approved lodging partners which are listed on the link below. Please secure your rooms by calling the hotel directly. Please have one person from your team be the main contact with the hotel.

Things to do while you're here

Contests
The 2015 contests will be held the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, June 30 at the main ball complex. There's a cookout, practice games, vendors, carnival games, prizes and many other fun activities for the girls. There will be a hitting contest, a base running contest, and a throwing contest. We will also have a bar-b-que (menu to follow) and a DJ to play music. We are hoping for a festive evening-one that your team will enjoy. The events will be over around 8 - 8:30 p.m.,

Adopt a Team
Again this year we are going to have for those teams interested in participating, the Adopt a Team Program. Teams interested in participating would be adopted by one of our own girls youth recreational softball teams.  (We have about 30 teams playing recreational softball in three age divisions).  Our recreational teams will come and cheer for their adopted team in the tournament.  This would give our girls a chance to see what softball is like at the next level, and also give your girls great cheering squad! They may even contact you prior to your arrival and answer questions you have about the Denver area.
