Payments are accepted at the Citizen's Assistance Center located at One DesCombes Dr in the main lobby.

Payments can also be placed in the white drop box located in front of the Motor Vehicle entrance.

Payment can be drafted automatically through our electric funds transfer (EFT) program. This program allows the customer to pay their utility bill automatically through their checking account. Please call 303.438.6319 and request an authorization form. Or click on EFT to print a form. This form must be mailed or hand delivered to our office. Applications will not be processed without a copy or a check or a voided check.  Return application by fax 303.438.6252 or email

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments, in person or by phone. 303.438.6319.

Payments can be made online at the on-line at the payment page. You must have your utility billing account number make payments. Payments can be made debit , credit card or check.
