Medical Assistance Programs
Colorado Medicaid is public health insurance for low-income families, children, pregnant women, persons who are blind or persons with disabilities and the elderly.
Medicaid recipients are limited to receiving services from only those providers who accept payment from Medicaid. Not all medical providers accept Medicaid payment.

To learn more about the state's Medicaid program, please visit the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing website.

The Program and Eligibility Application Kit (PEAK) is a quick and easy way for you to get answers to questions on health and nutrition programs. In PEAK you can check for program eligibility, apply for benefits, check your benefits and update your information.
