tree Broomfield Xeriscape Demonstration Garden

You are invited to stop by the Broomfield Xeriscape Garden throughout the seasons and see what's new. The garden is located next to the City and County building at One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, 80020.

The Broomfield Xeriscape Garden is a collaboration between the City and County of Broomfield and the Colorado State University Extension Master Gardeners in Broomfield. The garden is one of 90 public Plant Select Demonstration Gardens, and it is a place for residents to get ideas and inspiration for their own gardens.

As one of their inaugural projects the first class of Master Gardeners who trained in Broomfield County designed and helped plant the garden.  The garden demonstrates the principles of Xeriscape and showcases the wide variety of water-wise plants available.  Our thanks to the City and County of Broomfield Park Services, many community volunteers and Broomfield Master Gardeners who helped plant the Broomfield Xeriscape Demonstration Garden.

More information about the Plant Select Program, including information about individual plants and garden designs, can be found at their website at www.plantselect.org.
