HB1007 - Campaign Contribution Limits
Is focused on bringing "statutory" county campaign finance limits in-line with state limits.
The major difference between CCOB and (statutory) County is the limits of the contribution.  With HB1007, the limits on county offices will be $1,250 (from individuals-per election) / $12,500 (from a Small Donor Committee-per election) and $22,125 (from a political party-per election).  CCOB has no limits in contributions dollars from qualified contributors.
